This Franchise Services & Refund Policy governs all franchise applications, registration fees, admission fees, course fees, software activation charges, and other payments made to Gyananjon Institute Of Education ("we," "us," or "our").

3. Refund Exceptions (Limited & Discretionary)

3.1 Duplicate Payments — if charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment gateway, banking, or system error, verified by our records.

3.2 Payment Collected but Service Not Initiated — if payment was received but no processing or activation has commenced due to a verified error on our part.

3.3 Verified Technical Errors — if a confirmed technical issue within our systems prevented delivery of a paid digital service and could not be resolved within a reasonable period. User-side issues (poor internet, browser incompatibility, device limitations, incorrect information, or lack of technical knowledge) do not qualify.

4. Refund Request Process & Timeline

Approved refunds are normally credited within 10 business days using the original payment method.
